Eagles Battle Ready for Ecuador –Awaziem game
Super Eagles defender Chidozie Awaziem has revealed the team are fully prepared to face Ecuador in Friday morning’s international friendly.
Awaziem, who was part of the squad that lost 2-1 to Mexico in the first friendly match on Sunday morning, told NFF TV in an interview that the players were in good spirits for the game.
He also praised the Super Eagles manager, Jose Peseiro’s style of play and insisted the players were ready to match his scheme.
We will always do our best to achieve victory because we know Nigeria will always want to win,” Awaziem said.

“It’s our culture.
“We are focused on the game with Ecuador to get a good one.
“We are all ready for the second game against Ecuador, the training session went well.
“Everyone is ready for the game, it will be difficult but we are in great shape.”

“He is a coach who appreciates his players a lot, he pushes us a lot.
“Nigerians should expect nothing but the best from us.”
