On April 29, De Laurentiis posted a snapshot of stunning colors summer cocktails on his Instagram page @thegiadzy. She posted it with the caption, “Lambrusco + Amaro + orange + Amarena cherries = a really tasty cocktail. Top it all off with sparkling water and feel like you’re lounging in northern Italy while the weekend. 🙌”
The five-star summer cocktail may be one of the easiest you’ve tried to conquer. Now the recipe takes a maximum of ten minutes from start to finish, and you only need half a dozen ingredients. Ingredients are pretty simple, so grab some Lambrusco wineAmaro and Amarena cherries, to name a few. De Laurentiis recommends grabbing St. Agrestis or Cynar for the Amaro, which is a bitter Italian liquor which has notes of different herbs and flowers.
The drink is very easy to recreate as the first step is to add most of the separate drinks into a cocktail glass. At the end, you will garnish your cocktail with these mouth-watering cherries!
